Backuo Overview

  1. Backup/Restore Process
    At your scheduled time, we will zip, encrypt and backup all your updated files to our backup server through a secure SSL channel. Once your files are stored on our server, you can restore them to your computer at any time.
  2. Data Redundancy Protection
    All your backup files will be duplicated to a secondary backup storage system for additional protection. Even if our primary storage system fails to work, your data is still safe in our secondary backup storage system. All files are stored encrypted with HIPAA compliant 256-bit AES encryption. These files are unusable without the encryption key. The encryption key is not stored on our servers, only the customer knows this key.
  3. Download Files anytime, anywhere
    Data stored on our servers can be retrieved via the internet anytime, anywhere without first requiring installation of additional software.
